Yukako Hayase
Description:
Great JPN New Wave /Walearic! This is the first LP reissue of the '88 album by Yukako Hayase, who made a name for herself with her ennui whisper voice, including a cover by Yuko Ando and her influence on Kahimi Karie." The rich yet fresh style of "Penifa," an ethno-dub that has been picked both domestically and internationally as "Japanese Rarealic" (Japanese mono + Balearic), and the fourth world new age "Land, Lovable Thing - Okinawa -," which resonates with Haruomi Hosono's environmental music works, were co-produced by Masatoshi Mizuno and himself. This is a compact work of seven songs, each lasting a little over 30 minutes, and is, so to speak, a boxy work. Long-awaited reissue with the original specifications.
