Aldactone Tablet contains spironolactone, which is a short-acting diuretic prescribed for the treatment of resistant oedema (fluid overload) associated with pulmonary hypertension (high blood pressure in the lungs), heart failure, and hepatic cirrhosis (chronic liver damage).
