• Standard Scope of Work - Inspection, troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance of residential and commercial electrical systems, including wiring, circuit breakers, switches, sockets, lighting fixtures, distribution panels, and small appliances. It assumes accessible wiring and components without major rewiring, structural modifications, or replacement of concealed electrical lines.
• Scope Assessment - The actual scope of work will be confirmed by the technician during the pre-work site inspection, including evaluation of electrical connections, circuit functionality, load capacity, safety hazards, and potential faults.
• Customer-Supplied Materials - All replacement wires, switches, sockets, lighting fixtures, fuses, circuit breakers, or specialty electrical components must be provided by the customer unless otherwise agreed.
• Access & Handling - The customer is responsible for providing safe and unobstructed access to the work area, including moving furniture or appliances. Any additional handling, lifting, or special equipment required will be quoted separately.
• Access & Approvals - The customer must arrange any necessary building permits, property management approvals, or site access documents in advance.
• Limitations & Exclusions - Work involving major electrical rewiring, replacement of concealed wiring, installation of high-voltage equipment, or structural modifications is not included in the standard scope. Separate quotation will be provided if such work is required.
• Demonstration of Work - After completion, the technician will demonstrate proper operation of repaired circuits, switches, sockets, and fixtures, ensuring safety, continuity, and compliance with electrical standards. Any further requests beyond this demonstration will be considered out of scope.
• Additional Work & Payments - Any additional product(s), spare part(s), or service(s) outside of the agreed scope can be availed by making an instant payment by cash or online link.

• Pricing Applicability - Pricing is applicable for the Standard Scope of Work only.
