3 YEAR WARRANTY- This covers major defects like rips along seems that cannot be patched. Tent will receive “abrasions,” of drug across the concrete. We will not cover personal neglect, puncture holes from party goers or burned materials.

Due to increasing fuel costs for express shipping we are no longer able to offer free shipping on our tents. We hope to bring it back soon!

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your inflatable, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order to initiate the return process. To be eligible for a return, the inflatable must be in its original condition and packaging, with all accessories and documentation included.

To initiate a return, please email our customer service team at [email protected] with your order number and reason for the return. Our team will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions for returning the product.

Please note that the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs with a restocking fee of 15% We recommend using a trackable shipping method and insuring the package for its full value. Once we receive the returned inflatable and verify its condition, we will issue a refund to the original payment method within 5 business days.

Please keep in mind that custom LED night club inflatables are made to order and may not be eligible for a full refund if significant customization was involved. If custom logo is placed on the tent, refunds are not accepted. In such cases, we will work with you to find a satisfactory solution.
