Description:

This is the 93rd collection in the popular "New Compositions for Concert Band" series from the Dutch sheet music publisher Molenaar Editions. The title piece, "Templar - Almourol Castle" by Nuno Ausolio, was written based on the Almourol Castle and the Knights Templar in Portugal. The castle has the emblem of the Knights Templar, and legend has it that the Knights Templar's hidden treasure lies in the castle. The collection includes a total of eight works, including Lionel Bertrand-Cecilia's "Blue Horn," full of power and joy, and the legendary "Rainy Day Concerto" by the Electric Light Orchestra, a British rock group. This collection is useful for concert and competition selections.
