We would like to introduce you to this organic coffee produced in a responsible manner to protect the environment and respect the producers and consumers. This 100% pure Arabica specialty coffee is grown in the western part of Honduras, in the regions of Santa Barabara, El Paraiso and Comyagua, and carefully blended in harmonious proportions. It has a pleasant acidity on the palate, which contrasts with its great sweetness and lack of bitterness.

All the beans are grown above 1500m altitude and have the Strictly High Grown designation, a guarantee of particularly high quality. The plantations involved in its production are committed to sustainable development and adhere to international charters on fair trade. They work every day to respect environmental criteria (water, waste management, biodiversity and climate issues), as well as the health and safety of workers.

This coffee is certified organic and has the Fair Trade label, which guarantees good working conditions and a reasonable purchase price for producers. It is roasted by hand in France to develop its taste qualities.
